The event will consist of two competitive stages:
Stage 1 – Group Stage (Seeding Phase)

Event Classification
This tournament is a Valve-Ranked Tier 2 event, compliant with Valve’s Tournament Operation Requirements and VRS guidelines. It includes a non-required open qualifier, limits on Direct Invites, and seeding rules aligned with the most recent Valve Regional Standings (VRS).
Direct VRS and Wildcard Invitations

Eligibility Criteria: Direct VRS Invites are limited to teams ranked 9th or lower in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS), per Valve’s Tier 2 policies.

Starting Rank for Invitations: Invitations begin from teams ranked #9 or lower in their region.

Number of Direct and Wildcard Invites: We will offer Direct and Wildcard Invites up to 1.5× the number of Main Event slots. A maximum of 2 Wildcard Invites will be extended, and only to teams ranked outside of the Top 12 who meet performance and integrity criteria.

Invitation Issue Date: Invitations issued starting June 19th, 2025.

VRS Data Used for Invitations: VRS rankings published on June 2nd, 2025 serve as the reference for Direct Invites.

VRS Data Used for Seeding: Final seeding will use the most recent VRS rankings published as of July 7th, 2025.

Core Roster Policy: Teams receiving a Direct or Wildcard Invite must retain at least 3 of the 5 players from the VRS ranking used at the time of invitation.

Additional Compensation: No appearance fees, revenue sharing, or side payments will be issued. NACS may provide optional in-kind perks (e.g., merchandise, food) to special guests. No additional compensation is distributed unless publicly disclosed.
Conduct & Integrity Policy

Any team or player found guilty of match-fixing, cheating, or violating integrity protocols established by Valve, HLTV, or FACEIT will be disqualified and deemed ineligible for Direct or Wildcard Invites.

NACS reserves the right to revoke invitations from players or teams under active ban, investigation, or otherwise ineligible per Valve’s guidelines.
